    Sorry for the delayed response. Just noticed this question.

    This contest is open to anyone who meets the criteria in the Rules, and is not just limited to professionals. That said, we are looking for case studies of functional websites built with CMS Hub that have made a business impact.

    Yes, college students may participate in the contest if the meet the other criteria outlined in the rules.
